Hand printing on textile

Tenassen literally means “hand-printing”; printed manually one by one. Each block is applied to one color and surprinting the blocks emerges as images and patterns. As they are printed carefully, there is not any gaps or distortion on them. This is because of refined skills of Japanese artisan.


We uses this method in printing bandanas and clothing fabrics.
